Equipment

Q: Are your prices competitive?

A: Yes. In fact, our new ownership has rolled back prices to remain as competitive with other power equipment locations as possible in difficult economic times or not.

Q: What brands do you carry?

A: We are proud to feature products from such well-respected manufacturers as Honda, Stihl, Husqvarna, Simplicity, Ferris, Toro, Trac Vac, Billy Goat, MacKissic, Echo Bearcat, and Murray.

Q: Do you offer equipment rentals?

A: Yes, we rent a limited selection of specialty equipment such as dethatchers, aerators, logsplitters and tillers. Please give us a call at (603) 964-8384 for details.

Q: Do you accept trade-ins?

A: We will evaluate trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. In most cases it is better to sell the item privately at a yard sale or on consignment.

Q: Is your inventory limited to what I see on your showroom floor?

A: No. We generally try to display one of each product we stock in our showroom. Our remaining inventory is stored in our 12,000-square-foot on-site warehouse.

Parts

Q: What if your parts department doesn't have the part I need?

A: We will order any parts we don't have to be delivered overnight if possible...and at competitive pricing!

Q: What if my parts are not available?

A: We will notify you by phone if there will be a delay from the manufacturer on the parts needed to service or repair your equipment.

Q: What if I need to return a part that I ordered?

A: Regular stocking parts can be returned with your receipt. There is a restocking fee for special-order parts returns. Electrical parts and parts that have been installed or used, including belts or any item returned that cannot be resold as new, are not returnable.

Service

Q: It used to take weeks to get my equipment serviced. How has this changed, and how long will service typically take now?

A: We are committed to providing you with equipment service in one week or less with your cooperation. See our Service Process for details.

Q: What is your hourly service rate?

A: Our labor rate is $75 per hour; emergency service is $95 per hour.
