Our fast service turnaround promise needs you to make it work!

We go the extra mile to meet and exceed all of your service expectations in one week or less*, but we need you to work with us so that we can return your equipment to you after service within that timeframe†! Here's how quickly our service process can work when you do your part to follow up:

Day 1:
You call us at (603) 964-8384 for service. We arrange to pick up your equipment, or you may drop it off at our 179 Lafayette Road (Route 1) location.

Day 2:
By 10 a.m., we will have assessed your equipment's service needs. (And we will always tell you whether or not it's worth fixing.) Call us between 10 a.m. and noon and we will give you our estimate. Upon your approval, we will begin work. If you need parts we do not have to finalize the repair, we will order them that day and attempt to have them shipped via overnight express.

Days 3-4:
Providing that all parts have been received to complete the work, your equipment is serviced by our qualified, certified service technicians.

Day 5:
Your equipment is ready to go! We can deliver it to you, or you can pick it up.

*A week is defined as five (5) business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

†Exception: Older and/or off-brand equipment where there might be a delay in obtaining parts. ("Off-brand" is defined as brands we do not support as a sales and servicing dealer.) Also, equipment delivery dates are schedule-dependent and may cause delays in equipment return.
