Thanks so much for the prompt attention solving my issue with the Snorkel/Chute problem on my new HS1332 Honda Snowblower. I appreciate how quickly you got me in and out of the service area. More importantly, I appreciate that your crew came up with a true solution to the problematic rotation problem of the Snorkel/Chute I encountered on my brand new Honda. What a beast that snowblower is! It’s the best of the three I currently own. I was perplexed as to how there could be a problem with that crank assembly when Honda has wowed me with all the features in the pas. I would guess that something got missed in assembly (you brought that one in from somewhere else for me). Anyway, I was thrilled that your guys actually remedied the problem and didn’t just “oil it up and call it good”. Kudos!
